Unlawful Raids on Occupy America
There was a group of people who followed orders. This group also vilified its opponents as hippies, drifters, no jobs, or stench filled, or directionless. They were called Nazis, and when people did not speak up, it only got worse, bigger and more accepted.
The Occupy movement is worldwide, and is within 1500 cities, 80 Countries.
Occupy Wall St. started in New York City, United States. Don't try to belittle a world movement which include Egyptians who began the peaceful movement to throw out their 30 yr. president.
In the United States, we have fundamental rights to peaceful assembly, free speech, and equal protection. During the Occupy America Movement, law enforcement, their bosses (City Council) are neglecting their oaths to uphold these fundamental rights. So are Mayors in the United States.
The Due Process clause says no law can be enforced by any state which abridge (halt, stop) an American's rights. The arrests cannot be enforced. The arrests cannot be prosecuted. Take the lead of Jean Scully DA in Sacramento California: she refused to prosecute.

Oakland Raid, which was later apologized about by Mayor Jean Quan
was it because a skull fracture was waged upon a peaceful protester?
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke to this issue: speak up when something is wrong.

Peaceful assembly, free speech matter. The US Constitution matters. No one but the American people can ask for these freedoms back. Peaceful assembly in public parks has been protected since 1939 in the US Supreme Court. [Hague v. CIO 307 US 496 (1939)].
Please pass the word. We need to make sure these Mayors are doing their sworn duties, and making sure the Police Chiefs of Municipalities in the US tell their Mayors, and City Councils: I will resign before I violate my oath, the same oath you made to the citizens to keep them safe. Raiding Occupiers defies our US Constitution, and precedent set by the US Supreme Court.
The problem is the fact that no money is available by upholding what is right. The parties are not money soaked corporations willing to settle for millions. The right civil rights lawyer needs to step up one with 42 USC s. 1983 experience. I am making a name for myself, but cannot step up where the major occupation cities are.
Mayors, prosecutors need to refuse to violate their oath to protect the people, uphold the US Constitution. Occupy America together is attempting to change the world. Please play by the rules, and let them peacefully occupy public space.
Thank you.
