Judge Chee Burnsides made sworn statement prior to being a police officer in 2004. He made known false statements about traffic violations, and financial responsibility.
In 2006 Officer Chee Burnsides shot a handcuffed man named Jensen and tased him. There were no witnesses, and the Coconino County Attorney gave Burnsides a pass.
Officer Chee Burnsides was hired by Sheriff Chris Hoffman in 2006 or 2007 after the shooting.
Judge Chee Burnsides does not respect the law, in any regard.
